Allopathic :

Allopathic physician's responsibilities are various and relate to the maintenance of health, including both acute care and prevention. Allopathic physicians can choose to practice in a number of different specialty areas, as well as build a career in teaching or research. After medical school, all physicians are required to complete further training. It is at this time that they will choose the clinical area which they hope to pursue in more depth. A physician may choose from a number of different specialties that will vary in terms of the number of years of post-graduate training required.


CMS & ED (COMMUNITY MEDICAL SERVICE & ESSENTIAL DRUGS) :

CMS diploma is known as diploma in community Medical Service & essential drugs (CMS & ED). It is a diploma for primary Health Care by general allopathic medicines which are recommended by world health organization (WHO) for primary health care and first aids.

  • Course Duration :- 18 month
  • Eligibility - 10th or Higher, Rural Doctors, RMP, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BEMS, BNYS, BPT, DPT, B.Pharma, D. Pharma,DNYS, Degree/ Diploma in Alternative Medicines, Paramedical, Nursing,Naturopathy, Dental etc.
  • Course Type-Distance/Regular Medium of Instruction : English /Bengali Syllabus : Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Preventive & Social Medicine (PSM), Practice of Medicine, Health & Hygiene, medical Jurisprudence. Study Material : Lessons covering different subjects such as Anatomy Physiology, Pathology, Practice of Medicine, Health and hygiene etc. will be sent you pdf notes. Examination : December / June DOS AND DO NOTS I have read and understood the Rules, Regulation and Directives of Belgharia Medical & Educational Training Institute and I promise to obey and abided by all of them at the time of training and after completion of the training i.e. at the time of offering service to the people.

  • 3. That I promise no to introduce and call myself a Doctor and/or put the sign or word to denote Dr. (Doctor) before my name to misguide people. I do so for my any such wrongful act BMETI and/or other authority involved in this training will not be liable at all in any manner.
  • 4. That I also declare that if any problem/dispute arises in connection with this training will be solved at the centre / organizer level. The Organizer/Centre will be the highest authority for solving any sort of disputes and I agree to obey and abide by the decision and rulings of the Centre of BMETI as final.
  • 5. Finally I solemnly declare that I will not misuse any way the motto of the training and in any manner at the time of dealing. counseling and providing primary health care to the people.
  • 6. I will renew my Certificates at specified interval of time abiding the rules of the organisation so long I will offer services after passing, any my failure to renew the Certificates in time may make my name to be removed from the central register.
  • 7. I have read the rules and regulation of the organisation regarding the CMS & ED courses and I will follow the same rules & regulation and others as and when changed by the organization.

Do you need university approvals to validate a CMS ED degree? Many institutes offering CMS & ED courses claim that certain university approvals are necessary and may mislead candidates. Some institutes futher mention that approvals from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Medical Council of India (MCI), Indian Nursing Council (INC) are supposed to demonstrate that the degree is genuine and approved
However, Medical Council of India (MCI) and National Council for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) [ Formerly Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIS)] have officially declared that CMS & ED doesn't comes under the purview of them. Any reputable institution can offer this degree, which is fully applicable to a wide range of employment opportunities.

Dental :

Dentistry is the health profession dedicated to maintaining the health of the teeth, gums and other oral structures. Dentistry is a rapidly changing, expanding profession. Dentists perform a wide range of care involving:

Nursing :

ECG :

ECG also identified as electrocardiogram, is a diagnostic tool help to measure and record the specified electrical behavior of the heart. OT Technician

O.T. Technicians are also known as scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians. Their major role is to provide assistance in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons. O.T. Technicians act as backbone of the operation theatre & in their presence all surgeons feel comfortable during short or long surgical procedure.A trained O.T. Technicians are most demanding whether in India or abroad for the smooth conduct of Operation and allied activities of the operation room, specially in sterlization, suction, Patient monitoring, assisting in anesthesia etc. After successful completion of the course the candidates are well eligible to work in any Government/Private Hospitals/Nursing Home / Polyclinic / both in India and abroad.


Dresser :

A dressing is an adjunct used by a person for application to a wound to promote healing and/or prevent further harm. A dressing is designed to be in direct contact with the wound, which makes it different from a bandage, which is primarily used to hold a dressing in place. Dressings are frequently used in first aid and nursing.


X-Ray Technician :

Radiology is still the cornerstone of medical imaging and constitutes the bulk of investigations in imaging departments. BMETI's reputation was built by its excellence in top quality X-Ray imaging. The introduction of advanced Digital X-Ray has hugely improved image quality and added much required flexibility in acquisition and processing of images and helped reduce radiation exposure by nearly 20%.


R.M.P.(Registered Medical Practitioner):

Registered Medical Practitioner means a person who has got registration in a State Medical Council after finishing the undergraduate medical course in a college recognised by state government and approved by Medical Council of India.


Electro Homoeopathy (D.E.H. & M.B.E.H.) :

Electrohomoeopathy is a derivative of homeopathy invented in the 19th century by Count Cesare Mattei. The name is derived from a combination of electro and homeopathy. Electrohomeopathy has been defined as the combination of electrical devices and homeopathy.


Laboratory Technician (D.M.L.T.) :

A technician is a worker in a field of technology who is proficient in the relevant skill and technique, with a relatively practical understanding of the theoretical principles


Physiotherapy (D.P.T) :

Physical therapy (PT), also known as physiotherapy, is one of the Medical health professions that, by using evidence-based kinesiology, exercise prescription, health education, mobilization, and electrical or physical agents, treats acute or chronic pain, movement and physical impairments resulting from injury, trauma or illness typically of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological and endocrinological origins. Physical therapy is used to improve a patient's physical functions through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, patient education, physical intervention, rehabilitation, disease prevention and health promotion. It is practiced by physical therapists (known as physiotherapists in many countries).
